1 host: hydraulic universal testing machine adopts microcomputer screen cylinder underneath, turbine worm drive type host, stretch space is located at the top of the host, compression, bending, shear test space between beams and workbench located under the host.
2 drive system: adopting across the moving crossbeam of worm gear and worm drive mechanism to adjust the test space, drive system and the positioning system thoroughly separation, loading system geometric center and bearing center completely consistent, to ensure the alignment of upper and lower jaw and the durability of the host.
3 control system:
3.1 realization of four closed-loop control of test force, specimen deformation, beam displacement and test process;
3.2 the data acquisition system is composed of 4-channel high precision and 24-bit A/D conversion channel, with A maximum resolution of 1/300000, and the whole process is not divided;
3.3 microcomputer screen display hydraulic universal testing machine adopts BB, AD, Xilinx and other original designer integrated devices, all digital design;
3.4 accord with PCI bus standard, automatic recognition and installation of microcomputer, and "plug and test";
3.5 electronic measurement system without potentiometer and other analog components to ensure interchangeability and easy maintenance and replacement.
