1.The host
1.1 the host is the door type floor type frame with high axial rigidity.It is mainly composed of upper beam, moving beam (middle part), mesa and light bar, and ball screw is fixed on the mesa and upper beam.The two ball screw threads and the guide sleeve are fixed on the moving beam.
1.2 structure principle: adopt the circular arc synchronous belt wheel deceleration, the German company has the ball screw side transmission, the transmission has no gap, the test force and the deformation speed precision control is guaranteed.Through the three-stage synchronous belt wheel, the motor drives the screw to rotate, thus driving the moving beam to move in a straight line at the selected speed to achieve various test functions.

1) mobile beam limit protection mechanism: it is composed of the limit rod, upper and lower block, fastening screw, pulling fork, limit switch and so on.In order to prevent the moving beam from exceeding the upper or lower limit position causing mechanical accident or making the moving beam stop at the setting position, the tester has a movable beam limit protection mechanism.When the fork on the moving beam comes into the blocking block, the test machine is stopped by the contact of the limit switch and the limit switch.
2) "emergency stop" : in your use of the abnormal situation in the process of testing machine, cannot by normal means to turn it off, please press the "emergency stop" button immediately, protect machine from accidental damage.
1.8 force channel interface can replace other types of force sensors, automatic calibration.Deformation channel interface can also replace other types of deformation sensors, automatic calibration.
