1.1 mechanical structure

The model is vertical structure, and the base is made up of two thickened steel plates. The structure is stable and firm, and the beam is driven by the screw driver to facilitate the adjustment of test space. The power adopts the precision stepping motor, the turbine worm reducer, the torque output is stable, and has the characteristics of fast response and high control accuracy.

1.2 control system

The control unit of this machine is the micro operating system developed by our company. It uses the American import Atmel microprocessor as the main control chip. The analog to digital conversion chip is the AD chip produced by the international well-known IC manufacturer ADI. With the mature control mode of our company, the stability and precision of the whole machine are in the leading level in the industry. The screen is made of industrial LCD screen, which has the characteristics of long life, stable performance and wide viewing angle.
