Mechanical structure: This machine selects the high performance step motor, and transfers the power to the beam through the synchronous belt wheel and ball screw. It can drive the sensor to run, the control precision is high, and the stability is good. The sensor is located on the crossbeam, driven directly by the ball screw, reducing the transfer structure of the intermediate force, thus greatly improving the accuracy. The control mode can be operated automatically and controlled by electronic hand wheel: the automatic running speed is uniform, the measurement results are stable, and the repeatability is good; the electronic hand wheel control is suitable for the spring with small deformation and has high controllability.

Control program: the control unit of this machine is the micro operating system developed by our company. It uses American imported Atmel microprocessor as the main control chip. The analog to digital conversion chip is the AD chip produced by the international well-known IC manufacturer ADI. With the mature control mode of our company, the stability and precision of the whole machine are in the leading level in the industry. The screen is made of industrial LCD screen, which has the characteristics of long life, stable performance and wide viewing angle.
